Oh my gosh, congratulations! That's wonderful to hear!
I'm certainly going to pre-order a copy when I get the chance. The plot sounds so interesting, I'm looking forward to reading it.
As a novice writer, stuff like this is really inspiring and motivating.

What inspired you to write this? How did you decide on your setting and characters?

Hey guys, it's been a while! In case you don't remember me, I used to frequent on here a bit before college came and teenage life disappeared. Well, I've got some big news for you: my first book is being published, and it's a furry book no-less~! :fox-:): I actually worked on it while also being on this forum (even advertising it a couple times :)), and I'm proud to announce it caught the attention of a publishing company and their chief editor, one who has never even read a furry book until now.

What's the premise? Set in 1899 Manhattan, the happy-go-lucky Peter Gray is a mischievous twelve year-old wolf who lives as a street urchin. After befriending a family of humans, who are frequently prejudiced by a world of anthropomorphic animals (referred to as 'fursons'), Peter begins a friendship with their eldest son named James. Despite their differences and species, that doesn’t stop Peter from connecting with James’ extraordinary family, forming friendships and bonds he'd never felt before. For a year, explore the New York cobblestones and watch Peter’s everyday life as a street urchin as he questions the future and the true family he’s searched for.

Do you have any questions? Feedback? I'd love to get word out about this ^^  :fox-:): :fox-;): :pawheart: :lol-fox:

Pre-orders for paperback and hardcovers have started now at, and publication is mid-December! If you wanna know more updates on myself and the book, follow me on Facebook @NathanWHopp and follow me on Twitter @HoppNate.

On a side note, I cannot thank everyone enough on this forum. A few years ago I was just a meek teenager new to the furry fandom, and found myself (and my special someone) on this very site. Hell, I even posted a couple of my stories on here and took the reviews to heart. Thank you, and I hope you find this novel endearing!  :fox-:): :fox-:): :fox-:):

Adding Justice League to my list. I really enjoyed it and fully understood it despite my lack of superhero knowledge (the Avengers just confused me for example). I thought all the characters were fun too. I love how Wonder Woman still played a main role and the Flash was another favourite of mine

I'm more excited for Coco, the Wreck it Ralph sequel and the Frozen sequel than I am for Incredibles 2

What's the difference between a shapeshifter and a polymorph?
