I agree with dat Foxaroo

I personally find them a little... off-putting. I mean, sure, baby animals are cute! But to be depicted as one when you're growing into an adult isn't really... I don't even know how to say it. It just bothers me. But sure, I'll totally respect you if you wanna be a babyfur! It's your choice whether you want to be a baby or an older fur. It's who you are, not me :3

Personally, I don't have a problem with it at all. While I don't consider myself a babyfur, I do think that what babyfurs do isn't really that outlandish. I mean, we've all wished at one time or another to be young again (I sound like I'm 70 years old, don't I?), to not be weighed down by responsibility, to be able to look cute and innocent all of the time. I mean, who doesn't love cute babies, especially cute baby animals? I personally don't think that babyfurs are any more or less "weird" then regular furs. They're doing what makes them happy, and to that, I say "Keep doing your thing, babyfurs!".

On second thought, my attitude towards this probably comes from my soft spot of all things baby (Get it? Soft spot? You know, 'cause babies have... eh... you should get it by now).

I would have to say I am neutral on the topic. While I may not like it, I don't find it overly weird. Then again, I am generally accepting of anyone regardless of interests, orientation, identity and such.

I know a few of them and they are possibly some of the nicest people I've ever met. As long as they don't force it on to me, I couldn't care.

I'm tolerant of it. Doesn't really bother me too much.
I've had friends that were into the whole "Adultbaby" lifestyle

They're capable of holding decent and "normal" conversation.
They just act a bit different, no big deal.

I love babyfurs <3 :3
Dey so keyute hehe
My sona has been known to randomly be 7-years-old though, so...
I will say that I do love babyfurs and kids in general, but I don't get the messy diaper thing. :/
I don't see the appeal in that at all. haha But yeah for a while there my sona was actually 7 but sometimes would wear "big kid shoes" and be 17. :P

My personal view is that it scares me. From a psychological point of view, it's EXTREMELY intriguing. I'm curious as to what the drivers that would cause someone to want to regress as such are. My personal theory is that those who are baby furs find it as a way to relive their childhood because either A.) they REALLY enjoyed it, or B.) Had a lack of childhood. (That's just my theory though.)

I reallyyy don't care. I was extremely weirded out by them when I first joined the fandom,  but then I met one and had a short period of being a "mom", which did indeed change my view. I honestly think the desire for regression is a lot more common than people think, its just that many people aren't open about it, and furries tend to be more open.

Drawing them is another story, though =P I tried to once and it didn't work out so well

I feel the same way too. I do indeed enjoy the cuteness, innocence and childish aspects of being a babyfur. But I could never get into that because such bodily functions naturally arouse my sense of disgust. That's definitely one of the things that I dislike out of the spectrum of interests that fall under the babyfur subculture, as with some other things like excessive use of 'baby talk'.

However I suppose they're both pretty harmless for the most part. It's not likely to profoundly affect me, and I believe that everyone should 'live and let live', as the saying goes. I'll remain tolerant so long as it's not taken to extreme in that they're forcing such interests onto others, constantly speaking incoherent babble or actually choosing to soil themselves in public. *cringes*

I second this. One of my characters is really young (3 years old). However, that's the only thing that slightly turns me off from babyfurs.

But hey, live and let live, I guess.
I've left (again), probably for good but idk. If you wanna talk to me outside the forum, feel free to email me. Just tell me who you are in the email pls

I'm pretty neutral when it comes to the subject. I'm not a babyfur myself, but I know people who are and they are quite nice. So really, I consider it a pretty harmless interest.

I guess I'm neutral to the topic, whilst I don't think that I could ever be a babyfur I appreciate that others are. Ultimately I am a furry and a babyfur is just another part of the fandom, so it would be unfair to judge.

That and there is some amazing babyfur art on the Internet  :D

Honestly, I've never talked to many, but the few I've talked to seemed alright. They still, in general, scare me a little bit, but I try not to judge or label them. I just assume they like it for the sake of nostalgia and innocence childhood represents or something like that. To each his own.
EDIT: Shouldn't this be in D/D?

I'm not familiar with the sub-category of the fandom. All I can say is that it doesn't appeal to me a whole lot.

I mean babies are REALLY cute, and baby + furry = SQUEE, but I don't think I'd like my fursona as a baby. He's pretty much just me.

I'm one of those people that hates children/babies, they get on my nerves a lot.

But I don't think baby furs are any different from regular furs. I mean we like to be furry, and they just happen to like furries and being adolescent. So I don't judge them.

To be honest, the concept REALLY makes me uncomfortable. I do personally have an RL friend who's a babyfur, and I will admit I did feel REALLY uncomfortable when he started wearing diapers when we hung out. I haven't spoken to him for a long time (Because of other reasons), but it did make me really uncomfortable. My apologies if I offend anyone, but I just don't like the concept at all. :(

ohmygod same here.
I hated being a kid and I have absolutely no desire to regress.

I think everything is fine to a point. Getting to extreme is what turns me away from things. Such as people that have sex in fursuits would be too extreme into furry for example.
Babyfur I am fine but it seems like the babyfur I usually come across ends up in the a bit extreme area. As with cub porn I really despise the sexual aspect of the subcategory.

I find the clean media adorable, but I find the sexual aspects disturbing. (There's nothing wrong with reverting to a care-free time. However, the sexual aspects might count as child pornography.)
