Foxi's name is actually based off my IRL nickname and my raven obsession (which is why Raven is another of my nicknames...), but contrary to the name, she's mostly cat.
She started out as a pure red fox, then became a fox with "some feline traits", then was a full cat-fox hybrid, but mostly fox. For a short time she was a cat-fox-wolf, and now she's a catfox again, but this time mostly cat.
She was originally going to be a rogue demon who had stolen a scythe from a reaper, but then she became a full reaper. Now I made it so before she became a reaper, she was a half-demon, and when she died her mortal side became reaper, but her demon side stayed the same. Now Katsuro is the rogue demon.
Katsuro was originally going to be a ghost kitsune, but I made him a demon instead. He doesn't have anything to do with Black Butler, suprisingly, but he's the only one of my characters I can use for Black Butler RP. Because of how often I do that, he's now just more of a three-tailed fox demon than a kitsune, with a humanoid form, an anthro form and a feral form.
Katsuro was originally going to be shy and timid, but instead he became angry 24/7 and hates everything. He also wants to kill everyone, but that's besides the point.
In my story for my characters, Foxi and Katsuro are allied together after Foxi leaves her reaper dispatch to learn more about her demon side when Jamison reveals to her that she's actually not a pure-blooded reaper, but for years the two absolutely hated each other, due to the rivalry between demons and reapers, and Foxi having been raised as a reaper. Eventually, though, the two finally form an uneasy friendship, and when Foxi returns to the reapers only to find her closest friends Jamison and Lemon gone, Katsuro becomes like an older brother figure to Foxi, protecting her and aiming to take the place of her old reaper friends. Foxi then vows that she no longer has any interest in being a reaper-- but that, from then on, she will know herself as nothing but a "heartless, savage demon." She and Katsuro, by that point, have become just like siblings, their initial hatred for one another long forgotten, and the two go on to begin their quest to end the hatred between reapers and demons.
But I hate the happy ending to my own story and the idea of my fursona leaving the reapers, so I'm not gonna write it yet because I don't feel like sitting there scowling at my phone and listening to depressing Japanese music as I type it all out.
