Ask Gaz!
« on: January 06, 2013, 11:35:49 am »
Hey all you furry music lovers, I got to thinking yesterday "people like music, and I like to help people" so here I am with a new idea. I made this thread so you can come here and ask me for new artists/songs of any genre, for example you post a question asking "hey do you know any good metal bands Gaz?" And I will reply with something like this "Yeah here are a few, Of Mice & Men, I Declare War, The Last Ten Seconds Of Your Life, Etc..."

It's a very simple idea I had that I hope will make a lot of you happy!

And remember, you can ask for any genre, trust me I know my music! XD

Well now that that's over, shall we start?

Might you know of some vocal artists like Adele or Sia? I've been having trouble finding some with the same kind of feel to them.

I believe I know a few :3
Here are some vocal artists (note I don't know a whole lot of people that sound like Adele)
Florence + the Machine
Metric
Amy Whinehouse
Sara Bareilles
Regina Spektor
Emeli Sande
Ellie Goulding
Jessie J
Rebecca Ferguson
Leona Lewis

Sorry it's not much but "Vocal" is a tricky gènre, especially when trying to find stuff like the amazing Adele!

I hope this helped you :3

I wonder who I can help next?
