DISCUSS YOU GUYS
  • Pronouns: him
We breathe in the heat of the eternal flame, the warmth of desert sands.
We submerge into the waters of the Mystery, giving thanks for the cleansing rains.
We are enveloped in the radiance of the cosmos.
And we are the center, the bridge between realms.

IT WAS EPIC!
Glad the zygons made a return, and we actually got to see a lot more of what the Time war was like. I just wish I had one of those time Lord 3D paintings. :P

I have to agree. My only real problem with the special is how they dismissed the Zygons with basically a handwave. There was no actual threat and they forgot to conclude that plot thread.

Agreed, they got past them too easily with the whole "working together" part. Although to be honest, I think they just included them as a side plot to please older viewers who had seen them when they were first introduced. Seeing that the main plot was the war doctor and destroying Gallifrey.

John Hurt did an extremely good job. I wish I could have seen more of his Doctor though </3

It was a great episode and I loved every moment of it.

The best part was seeing Tom Baker at the end.

I didn't understand the ending, how he magically becomes the fourth. Other than that I'm interested to see how the rest of the rest of the series will go on and if they will bring back Gallifrey.

the war was over. the artificially created War Doctor was no longer needed.

If anything he would have stayed the 8th doctor. I guess they have some magic timelord hoodoo to bring back a regeneration.
