Wonder 9/10. The only reason why -1 is because of nitpicking, but other than that, it was an AMAZING movie. I would suggest you guys watching it :)

A beautiful mind 10/10 a wonder and intriguing movie about the insights of a mathematical genius with schizophrenia it's not only a love story hut a story of personal struggle and will and also pretty accuruate about how schizophrenia was looked at in the 70s and 80s

(In Theaters)
Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri
4/4

This was a really good movie. Surprisingly funny (more like dark humor though) and emotional. Plus Frances McDormand was pretty much born to play the lead.

(At Home)
Sicario
3.5/4

So I absolutely love this writer and this director so of course I loved this movie. It was extremely intense and felt brutally real. I'm not sure if I want to visit Juarez though. Only nitpick is that (for me at least, idk) the story was sometimes a little hard to follow. Idk, maybe that was just me though.

Halloween (1978) 2/10

To be honest?? It's not very good.
It just felt like an hour of 80's slasher cliches without anything to spice it up. I didn't even finish, it's such a bore. The editing and acting is pretty bad, and the scary parts fall really flat. The characters are bland as hell.
The only thing good I can say is that Michael Myers was actually pretty creepy, but that's it. Creepy and eerie, but not scary. This movie just feels really hollow and lifeless. Felt like a waste of my time. I don't understand how people consider this a classic.

Interesting modern interpretation. I think the reason this movie is considered a classic is because it was basically the first major slasher flick, and it sorta established all the horror clichés that modern movies are so filled with.

To me, it's kinda like An American Werewolf in London. Like, it was extremely innovative for its time, but as a movie itself, it's kinda eh

Kill Bill Vol. 1
9/10
A lot of people say it's a piece of crap, but most of
those people dont understand what the movie's real
meaning is.
Very bloody, but yet very funny and intense!
Some of the best purposely cheesy quotes
and one liners in cinematic history IMO

Ayyy I love the Kill Bill movies!

Absence of Malice
2.5/4

This is an older film, from the director of "Tootsie" if anyone's seen that. Idk, didn't really do it for me. Performances were good and all, but it just felt kinda average.

I'm a Mexican so I find the songs catchy, but the movie is super cheesy. Other than that, very dramatic.

A Ghost Story
3.5/4

Sad and surreal. This is more of an arthouse movie, and there's some parts that most people will find boring (particularly the pie eating scene, literally someone just eats an entire pie). If you can see the message the director was going for, you'll be able to appreciate it.

Perfect Blue - 10/10
For an obscure anime movie from '97, I didn't expect something so mind-bending and suspenseful. Typically I don't like anime stuff made before 2000, but this one stood out.  If you like anime - hell, even if you hate anime, I recommend this movie. If you want to watch it, the whole thing is on YouTube.

Primer - 8.5/10
Although Primer's budget was only around $7,000 USD (the lowest budget of a movie I've ever watched), it still managed to look professional and it presented its story well - at least, from what I understood from it. It's a confusing time travel movie, so I'll have to watch it a few more times to really get what's happening. I definately reccomend this film.
