BoJack Horseman (Series Review)
« on: August 24, 2014, 04:26:34 am »
For those of you who don't have Netflix, I feel sorry for you.

Although I must start out and say that this show is all kinds of wrong. It is essentially just a 90's TV star in the present. This person is obviously a horse and is one of the biggest drunks you'll see in awhile. (By the way, this show is a Human x Anthro world, so go us!)

This drunk of a horse lives with a supposed bum named Todd and has a on and off relationship with his agent and hates a dog.

After the first filler two episodes to bring you in, you realize the under-lying problems Bojack faces, ranging from having a long trip to trying to sabotage a wedding. This whole series is an emotional fan fest is wrapped around goofy scenes and witty puns, all to make an amazing animated show.

These 12 episodes were very well written in my opinion. The characters all held their place and I never felt lost, even with all the madness that was somehow contained in ~6 hours. I recommend this to anyone who loves to pick out the small and hidden details that hide in this show. I'd definitely say this show is a 4 out of 5.
