Two Kinds, that webcomic by Markiplier's brother!
« on: August 30, 2014, 09:22:58 pm »
I wanted somewhere to talk about this! Two Kinds is a long-running welcoming by Tom Fischbach, the brother of Markiplier. It features furry-like characters and is quite good in my humble opinion.

I am also a fanboy. My favourite part of it is the bits with Keith and Natani. It's a bit weird, but it's good.

I love Madelyn and the basitin queen! They're both so adorable! And I love the artwork in it too, especially the coloring in the glimmering water

Warning: Ive thought too much about this.

I really like how twokinds is a webcomic that can still keep the reader intersted in daily updates, as well as an entire read trough in one sitting. one common trend i find in most webcomics is that there will be a point where ill start to zone out a bit while reading just because of how dull the webcomic becomes.. What twokinds manages to do with its webcomic is add comedy in the single pages itself, as well as the overarching story. Even back in some of the older pages (mostly refering to page 68, probably one of my favorite pages) he manages to keep the story entertaining even when its kinda dull (which i believe it is). However recently, he's began to expand on the interactions between the characters, alowing us to delve into more insight of the interrelationships that occur. Its one of the main reasons i really prefer the Keith x Natani shipment over the Trace x Flora, which i find to be a bit less developed. Honestly, the relationship with Trace and Flora is really too much about sex. its gotten to the point where i really don't care too much for their relationship, rather i want to find out what happens to zen (group B plz)

Plus Maddie is probably the best character in the entire series. I was gunning for Zen cause of his comedic timing, but after rereading, it is clear that Maddie is the superior one.

Ah so that's what this webcomic was called. I remembered seeing a page or something from it on another site and was wondering what it was. I too might have to go through and read this!

I actually agree with you on this. The comedy is at the exact level for it to work well (remember the Basitin who looked like Alex Armstrong for Fullmetal Alchemist?), and the complicated nature of the relationship between Keith and Natani is very well played.
And yeah, Maddie is pretty damn awesome.

This is one of my favorite webcomics. What I like the most is how it explains the world they're in and their society, and after that it begins to concentrate more on the character development

I really like TwoKinds. My favorite character is Natani; he's very well-developed and we learn new things about him almost every time. The plot is cool as well, and the explanation of what's happening and the context is quite helpful to understanding things. It was actually one of the first furry webcomics I picked up, and I still check it regularly for updates because I can't wait to find out what happens next.

That was a really good comic, very funny and had a pretty good story line. I am sad I finished everything that they had done(I started it today, well this morning) and I am definatly puting it on my list to keep an eye on for the future.
