Hoorah. I'm willing to be your young, ideologically similar furry friend. That is, if that makes sense.

Err who are you talking to exactly?

Me I'm still young, and will always be. I'll always like to blow on white dandelions, drink endless amount of slush, buy lollipops, cut my toasts in 4 triangles, use a cheese grater every time I want cheese because it tastes to better that way, say yuk when two people kiss, eat the same cereal every morning (with nesquick on it, of course), jump in water poddles, swallow falling snow, do snow igloos, collecting rocks even if I'll never have more than 3... yep, let's all fly to Never-Neverland!
If you're not part of the solution, you're part of the precipitate...

Hey, did you know if you say "Orange" really slowly it sounds like gullible?

I was talking to the starter of this topic.
I can agree with most of that, except going 'yuk" when two people express some sort of affection/love in a physical way. It just so happens the human way is a tad odd, when compared to a nice tender scratch behind the ear. Or maybe I'm just weird...   :P

Enjoy the life of a kid, it will only last me another 5 years maybe, so dont make the same mistake I made and try to grow up, instead, be like peter pan(not realy but you get my drift) and love being a kid.
There is actually such a thing as a "Peter Pan Syndrome", but all the ways I've tried to take web-tests for any syndromes I've ended up with way to high results compared to what I read in different places, and what I read doesn't agree with itself, so I'm kinda confused when it comes to them.

TheDolphin has the right idea, albeit stated in his normal fashion.

On a side note, I've gotta be the only one among my friends who actually care about age limits anyhow, especially online where it's very easy to lie about age. And one of my friends are usually rather honest, he just doesn't see the age limit as a true law.

I don't know why the lips exactly, but human lips have some sort of effect were kissing releases some chemical that makes you slightly "addicted" to kissing. So once you've kissed once, you'll want to kiss more.

Oh yeah? If a kiss releases some chemical that makes you slightly addicted to kissing, then scratching behind the ear must release a whole dose of chemicals that makes you TOTALLY addicted to it ^^.

cant argue either, my last girlfriend LOVED being sctratched behind the ears. and as far as cons go, no, i have never gone to one, but I have seen videos of cons, and i have never seen a person 14-18 in a con video, unless they ALL wear fursuits. I really want to go to a con, but there are complications; 1. transportation isnt a problem, but where i live there has never been any kind of con, not even a starwars con(btw, i live in maritime province), but if there is ever a con near atlantic canada or near Mass. sign me up, 2. i have never seen a minor or ever heard of a minor attend a furry con or seen them in the you-tube videos, 3. i have no idea of age limits for cons, for all i know you have to be like 20 to even get in the door. and i guess i was sterio-typing when i said that there was yiff involved in cons, i need to get out of this province, i am starting to become like the people here! scary thought...

Oh my... and I myself don't know how I'll get to a con before I get a car.
Unless I start one... MorCON 2008. Heheehheheh... don't take that seriously, folks.

That reminds me. I really oughta start a con over in Norway, since that's tha only way ta get to a con. After all, if you can't bring the fur to the con, bring the con to the fur.
Of course, I'm a lazy guy who gives up on such stuff two days after starting it, so I'll have to make someone else do it for me.

It seems like an Oregon con might get a decent amount of people if it's at a different time than the Washington one...

Back on the main topic, I actually believe certain people can be. It's like a friend of mine who decided the was Pagan. She went to join the organization but they refused her until she was 20. Why? Teens often have phases. For her it turned out that it wasn't, now she's heavily involved in it.

Being furry is often a phase, that people don't stick, like all the folk I've met who claim their gay, and then seem to forget about it in a month. *shrugs* Many of these groups prefer to take people they can be sure are gonna stick it. If I made a non-teen furry group, I'd be tempted to do it.

Eddy has some points with being just a phase, however.

And Zeth... I don't know where exactly you live but there's a small con, Anthrofest, in Montreal at the end of July (at which I will probably go, first con, yeah...). I think it's still really far, but yeah, I just wanted to point that out.

hmm... that might not be a problem... but it is still some ways away, as for where i live, think small maritime province. and also think water... but ya, if i can persuade my parents, i'll be there.

Yeah, well the exact location of your living is not really a thing I want to know, but I guessed that you're not that near from here.

Anyway, if a miracle can bring you here for Anthrofest, please let me know, that way I at least won't be totally alone at my first con ^^.

I just feel it's that way, because every community and every site that's furry-related is always restricted to 18+ or 21+ and it makes me feel like a complete outcast in the fandom. Hell, I'm the youngest person in this place and it's a teen community! So do you believe there's such a thing?
Depends, were you born before October 4th? I'm 13 so ;P
