What helped me is to make like a little play on words for each fact.

like "Skate times skate equals sticky floor" (8x8=64)

Also flashcards or even finding online games (There's a lot)

I still don't know all my times tables, but oh well.

I memorized my time tables through playing online math games when I was young.
Flashcards also helped tremendously.
You could also memorize the time tables through 5, and when you get a bigger number, multiply it by two.
For example, if you have 8x7, go to 4x7 and then double it.  I'm not actually sure if this method makes it easier or harder to come up with the number, but I used this method if I ever forgot a number.

At first I thought you meant like ex as in relationships and I was thinking chill dude dont sneak on people. But you actually meant as in math. So for math just figure out like the addition for numbers like 5+5+5+5+5+5 for all the way up to like 12 or whatever dude and piece it together.

9's are pretty easy!! There's a trick to it.

So, when you multiply by 9's, whatever the result is always adds up to 9 as well. This works all the way up to 9x10

9x1=9
9x2=18 (1+8=9)
9x3=27 (2+7=9)
9x4=36 (3+6=9)
9x5=45 (4+5=9)
9x6=54 (5+4=9)
9x7=63 (6+3=9)
9x8=72 (7+2=9)
9x9=81 (8+1=9)
9x10=90 (9+0=9)
9x11=99
9x12=108 (1+0+8=9 I suppose haha)

That's the trick I use for 9's, which is actually the easiest multiplication table for me because of that. I would suggest flash cards or something too, that's one of the best methods of learning things.

I kind of always instinctively knew these so I don't have any particularly insightful advice, but it wouldn't hurt to print one of these out and put it on your wall or in your binder or something.

9x1=9
9x2=18 (1+8=9)
9x3=27 (2+7=9)
9x4=36 (3+6=9)
9x5=45 (4+5=9)
9x6=54 (5+4=9)
9x7=63 (6+3=9)
9x8=72 (7+2=9)
9x9=81 (8+1=9)
9x10=90 (9+0=9)
9x11=99 (9+9=18) (1+8=9)
9x12=108 (1+0+8=9)
9x13=117 (1+1+7=9)
9x14=126 (1+2+6=9)
9x15=135 (1+3+5=9)
