Hmm... that's strange. Have the parents contact your ISP, maybe they'll be able to fix the problem.

Try searching up "(computer brand/model) wifi limited access" on Google. I just searched up "wifi limited access" and they have some videos on how to fix it but I think it depends on the computer.

I get this on my laptop whenever I try to go onto the Internet. What I usually have to do is turn the wifi off on my computer and then turn it back on again quickly. It'll only last for about 5-30 minutes before I have to do it again though, which is annoying but at least it works. Don't know if you've already tried that or if it'll help but it might be work a try

Checklist to do:
Restart wifi.
Restart computer.
Restart router.
Check network settings. Make sure your have a dynamic IP address/dns is correct.
Make sure for some reasons your parents haven't blocked your comptuer from using the wifi.
Delete drivers for wifi card and reinstall them via device manager.
Update windows.
Update bios.
Test to see if wifi works via a bootable linux USB or CD. Try using something simple like ubuntu.
Reload windows onto machine (Involves wiping all data and programs so be sure to backup).

If all that fails it could be a faulty wifi card or mainboard, but much more likely wifi card.

What sort of computer is it?

With this kind of problem I immediate think "old computer". If I'm correct and it is old (over 6 years) it is most likely not compatible with the router you have. Even if it is newer, it still may not be compatible. Do you have 2.4GHz or 5GHz Wifi? A lot of routers now default to 5Ghz but a lot of computers can't support 5GHz. Open your browser and type in adress bar 10.0.0.1 this should bring you to your router login page. Log in and check wether it is 2.4 or 5.0GHz. If your still having problems feel free to add me on skype and I'll see what I can do :3 (I do tech support and computer stuff)
