My art has improved, however I don't go on FT as much as I used to

I guess you could say my Stock Image smuggling days are over, and I'm not as popular compared to when I first joined

Also I've gone out of my comfort zone as a furry/ect. so I guess that's pretty good

I think my biggest and most notable change is that I'm more relaxed when posting. I read back what I used to write and I guess I sounded like I double or triple checked everything I posted <x3 I also used more on-site emojis :fox-:P:

I haven't changed much at all to be honest. I've changed some opinions here and there and have more of a "I don't care" attitude, otherwise that's it.

How I've changed since I first joined?
Alright, let's see.
*Cracks knuckles*

First we'll start with what FT changed about me:
FT helped me to be more open and less shy, it made me much more open-minded and discover myself to find who I am.
It helped shaped my opinion of music, I was introduced to great bands from genres I generally avoided, ignored, or never heard of.
It helped shape my political ideologies too, although since then they have altered and my opinions on that have changed.
Referring back to the first point, it helped me with my social anxiety and encouraged me to join topics and conversations in an environment where I felt safe to do so due to the wonderful community.
This site got me into roleplaying back when the RP board was a huge chunk of recent unread topics (I miss the old RP crew ;-;).
It helped me appreciate art and like it. Beforehand I was not a fan of any art to be honest.

Onto more general things, I guess it's just stuff that happens with age. I still see FT as a community I can always come back to and interact with. This was the first welcoming forum I joined (heck, the only forum I've joined pretty much), and I'm glad I can say I was a part of this site.

I did some searching and found out I'm bisexual, in the past month.
Someone introduced me to you-know-what-anime.
I've had less depressed thoughts really.
My poem writing has gotten better.
I now am not a know-nothing about various things.
I'm a lot more social now.
I understand basic text language.

I've changed so much since I joined FT. It been nearly 3 years now. This site has definitely helped me grow. My staff position in particular has helped me a lot with things like communication, critical thinking, leadership, coming up with solutions to problems and taking initiative. I'm really thankful for the opportunity to join the staff and become a mod and then an admin, it's been such a great experience :pawheart:

Hmm, let's see. I've been able to find a gender label the I identify with (most of the time), I've further developed my sona and made a couple new characters, I've become a legal adult and graduated high school, and now I know some BBCode

I'm more open about myself, but I do get a slight bit of social anxiety online a bit.

I feel more open about myself since joining, and I've made some good friends too.

The biggest change has probably been my artwork, I didn't draw at all before FT but seeing the art of other people on this site really inspired me.

I post way more than I used to, now. When I first joined the forums, my fursona was a big, edgy coyote-wolf-dragon-sergal monster, and now it's just a moth. I think that speaks volumes about how I've changed.

I've become more connected to my two main fursonas, I've meet some really awesome people, Kytsekeiru have actually taken off a bit finally, I've improved in my art (and it's gotten way more anime-ish, oops xD), and I've become a lot happier.

Idk. I found this forum while a lot of stuff was changing. (LDS beleifs had fallen apart and been debunked by myself a couple months before)

I honestly can say things haven't changed good though. I'm more confused, more depressed, and feel really lost and hopeless.

I keep meaning to wait on writing this since it would take a long, long time to get just right... But getting just right would also make it ungodly long... So here instead have the shorthand version!

While I have changed in more than I can count since the date I joined FT not everything can actually be attributed to FT, so in the spirit of brevity, I will instead answer, how FT's changed me. Like most people, I became a bit better with socialization since joining this site and considerably less anxious around new people. A quality that has proved invaluable since joining the workforce since I can now talk to pretty much everyone and get along with the whole team. I've become more open to sharing information regarding my own personal thoughts, beliefs, and life experiences, all of which have enabled me to discuss and debate far more openly and honestly. Not to mention it's what ultimately led me to seek counsel from my peers and my teachers. To that end, I can attribute much of my ability to deal with and handle my depression to the indirect causation of FT. That's all set aside the friends I met here on FT who have helped to shape me and make me a better person. (And Give more than an enough reason to keep fighting even if not for myself.) Finally, I've become more relaxed about showing my work to other people which led me to become better at handling criticism. Not to mention it helped me to become far more comfortable with my skills however good or bad. (Well my writing and games anyway, still not quite comfortable sharing my Sketches xD(Believe me they are so bad you don't want to see them, be glad there isn't a "Tod Draws!" thread)
