Spanish because A: There's a pretty big Spanish-speaking population in this country, and it'd be nice to be able to communicate if I ever find myself in a predominantly Spanish-speaking part of town and B: Because I've spent 3 years in school trying to learn it and it would be lunacy to give up now.

I also wanted to learn Esperanto for a time, simply because it sounded like a cool thing to know, though I gave up after a while because other things were getting in the way...it was pretty easy to learn, though, and I may pick it up again sometime.

I took Spanish last year in school and I have it in next year's schedule as well. It's actually a lot easier than I thought it would be. Spanish being based on Latin is very helpful because English, despite being Germanic, has a lot of Latin influence. Some words from Spanish and English are even shared with one another. Spanish actually wasn't even something I wanted to learn. Our school wants all students to have at least two years of a foreign language before they graduate. The only class that's classroom taught is Spanish. French is purely online. Due to my vision not being that great, it's difficult for me to do an online class, so I had to do Spanish. I actually enjoy learning Spanish even though my skills with it are absolute trash.

Well to start I would want to learn Irish because I am 1/4 Irish then Italian because that is where my dream vacation is and then German because I am 1/4 German. And then last but not least Sweedish because I am 1/8 Swedish. (I know I set my hopes a little high :lol-fox:)
I'm a wreckless mistake. I'm a cold nights intake.                               I'm a one night to long. I'm a come on to strong.

Italian!
When I went to Europe last summer I fell in love with Italy. It's such a beautiful country and I'd love to go back and visit more places than Venice. I don't pick up languages very easily so it's unlikely I'll learn it but I still think it'd be beneficial if I want to go back to Italy because then I won't be limited to the tourist destinations

Spanish and French because not only are they the easiest, but it would make travel 10x easier in many places. Half of my cousins all live in France too, it would be nice to visit them and speak the language.
