We're just listing here, WHY d'yah like them?

Me Otters, hands down. Why? Otters have one behavioral trait which seperates them from other animals. Play. Even adult otters make time for play! The main things otters tell me is, "don't just live life, enjoy it!" Another reason I chose otters was because I've always been into my swimming which I used to compete at.

Plus of course fem otter furries are HAWT! >.>

Honestly I would be an Otter, but I can't swim - So have natural fear of water.
But I am so hypnotised by the awesome-ness of an Otter fur!
Awwesoommme~

Yep! It saves me a fortune on coats!

Wolves hold a special significance for me, but otherwise, I just love almost all animals.
But especially the fuzzy/furry ones. :3
Though,  I do like some birds a significant enough amount, namely Owls and Ravens. And others that don't pop into mind.

The only common animals here are pidgins, seagulls, and squirrels. I live in an industrial area so animals aren't really common. D: Unless it's a house pet.

my uncle used to have a fox live near his place and sometimes we would see it come out just before it got dark and eat the leftover dog food,he kept his dog's penned at night so, so the fox was perfectly safe. but i heard that's it's bad for the foxes health to feed it, i'm not totally sure about this cause if it's not eating the dog food then chances are it'll go for the garbage next.

and to list the reasons why i love the animals i do:
wolves because they're magnificent looking creatures to me, that and they have very strong family bond, just cause it's not their pup they'll sometimes still raise and protect it.

foxes because they're clever and very cute.

huskies because they're a beautiful dog, and the only thing that could make them better is if they lived the same lifestyle as wolves, then they'd be #1

and rabbits because they're just so cute and soft and furry, i used to have an english lop

I've often wondered why wolves and foxes appear to be the most popular fursonas. A lot of a time is simply because they're 'cool' creatures, especially wolves, but lots of people do feel a link to them. Personally I think it's because, in terms of triats you give 'em their very much like humans, so are easy to relate to. Take the red fox for example, the red fox can live anywhere, from the city to the tundra. They'll eat what's going and they'll make homes with what's available. They're also opportunists, when a fox picks lamb off from a herd of sheep, they'll never just kill one, they'll kill as many as they can, so that they have a stock of ready meals. The only species that surpasses the red fox in these terms is human beings! As for wolves, the whole family bonding thing has long had appeal to humans, Wolves can also survive almost anywhere, and live off almost anything.

Just my thoughts. ^^

Just my thoughts. ^^
And mine.
Of course, there's also the fact wolves are similar to dogs in appearance, and foxes are a mix of dog and cat in appearance, so they're easy to relate to for pet-owners.

Canines, dragons, felines...in that order. Puppies are teh bestest.
Why are entire years strewn on the cutting room floor of memory? When moments from one magic night flash single frame in closeup on the 3D Imax of my mind. Why am I a witness? And when I capture it on film, will it mean that its the end and I'm alone?

i generally like most kinds of animals; I'm an Old Fashioned German Shepherd Dog, myself (i love GSDs but the old fashioned ones are absolutely awesome)
i prefer things i can wrestle with, generally, but i admire the independence of most cats and the family nature of most dogs.

my favorite snake is the northwestern ring-necked snake (Diadophis punctatus occidentalis) http://www.californiaherps.com/snakes/images/dpoccidentalis2hu.jpg , and i'm working it into my more ... spontaneous fursona (he's a.. cat-dragon.. thing)

but everywhere else it's normally all or most, some or none XD

It's hard to choose anything specific, but I like Wolves, Horses and Huskies (or any other big fluffy dog you can use as a pillow).

Dragons are my favorite... the majority of reptiles are awesome. I like bats, lynx, and foxes as well.
