Since everyone's talking about it, I think we need a thread!

Webkinz were my internet addiction before FT. That game was so fun. I had around 200 of them, I'd spend all my paper route money in them :fox-:P:

My favourite was my first one, she was an alley cat I named Suzi. I need to unpack these so I can look at them again, it's been years :fox-:P:

Aah I remember when all the girls were obsessed with webkinz, I never got into it since I had little to no internet when I was told about it and I never got any stuffed animals cause poor X3 but I did get a cute pug for Christmas a while ago.

Webkinz (along with Club Penguin) was introduced to me by my brothers when I was younger and it began my Internet addiction. I was constantly online taking care of my pets and buying them furniture and food. I remember when my parents would drive me and my siblings to the store and we'd get Webkinz haha. My first one was a grey cat named Ling Ling (I WAS LIKE 5 OK). I had so many I lost count. There was a li'l kinz orange cat I had named Dizzy, a pink dragon named Sparkle, a bullfrog named Frogger, a St. Bernard named Jackie, and others. I remember when those Webkinz trading cards came out and everyone lost their MINDS. My parents drove out WHOLE family to the store so we could get them. I flipped out because I got a card that came with a free pet (a regular frog) that I named George. I was bad at naming.

I never had Webkinz since I was into Build A Bear but it seems fun? Is the site still available?

Oooh boy, Webkinz... If I had to describe my childhood in one word, this would be it. I remember spending as much time as I could on the main site, watching YouTube videos made by other kids of theirs, and then filming my own. I had a huge collection, there were certainly hundreds. Over the past few years, a lot of them have gone to younger family members or donations. The pink pony was my first, and certainly one of my favorites.

I remember Webkins being the only thing I did when I got home from school in 1st amd 2nd grade. When I left my old elementary school to go somewhere else after Kindergarten, they gave me a gift which was a dalmatian (school mascot) webkin. O was like "I don't know what to do with this!" and my sister told me about webkins so i tried it out. That was my entire 1st and 2nd grade life until I discovered club penguin and the Sims 2.
