a new character !!

i don't have a bio for her yet, but she's basically Athenas little sister. shes very sweet, innocent, and nice. her life is a mess, though
she runs a small flower stand by an alley. which is why she got her nickname bea (( besides the fact that her name is beatrice & she wears a lot of yellow ))
