School Clubs
« on: March 02, 2017, 11:23:31 am »
Last week was National FFA Week for those of us who are in the National FFA Organization. This is one of many clubs they have at my school and one also that is nationwide. There are several other clubs as well such as D.E.C.A. and F.C.A. Let's also not forget the smaller and independent clubs ran in schools such as Spanish clubs. All these clubs are based around a single idea and focus. In a way, they represent who we are in school. I'm in two clubs this year. I'm in the National FFA Organization which is by far my favorite own. The National FFA Organization, formerly known as Future Farmers of America, is a club focusing on agricultural education. The club covers many different aspects of agriculture from business to herbaculture. I'm in the club for animal science. I'm also a member of the National Beta Club. The National Beta Club is an organization that focuses on achievement, service, and leadership. I'm currently a junior and I've been with the Beta Club since fifth grade. What are some of the clubs you are a member of?

Currently a member of the manga and comics club. I would join the art club but they meet on the same day, and I'm intimidated by the seniors in the art club who are probably much better than me. I'd probably also be judged for drawing furries all the time.

I'm not in school right now however I used to be in Photography club. I didn't go all the time because it was more of a popularity contest then anything. There was about 5 of us who took our photography seriously, used s DSLR camera inseatd id out phones, understood and used compositions techniques etc but the girls who took snaps on their phones of spoons or food and slapped an Instagram filter on it won every time because they had lots of friends in the club

I was in Art Club, Gaming Club, and tech club (basically slave work where people get to work on the stage equipment for my old high school during plays and stuff.) until I switched schools.
