Cringey substitutes
« on: April 26, 2017, 03:53:47 pm »
I had one that reported me to the office for skipping, even though she specifically told me I could leave. She has the memory of the goldfish. She is also extremely rude and snaps at people for no reason. She wanders around the school like a lost puppy and my friend thinks she's the greatest teacher ever, what the heck is wrong with them? This sub specifically targets people she doesn't like.

One substitute called our generation drug addicted. These subs are weird

Have you ever had a substitute teacher from hell? Or a cringey as heck one?

When I was in high school there was this sub
They'd only call him if they absolutely needed him
He was like 85
He would talk about how Michael Jackson spreads the gay agenda a lot
He would sleep
He would yell at people over anything

Mrs. Q

poor sweet old Mrs. Q

she was this tiny little Indian lady, and sweet as could be on the outside

but she was terribly crude omg. She'd make all kinds of sexual jokes, cackle like a hyena, and talk about how wild she was when she was in college.

She was a frequent sub at our highschool bc everyone loved her but OMG she was.... embarrassing to say the least ^^"

The substitute who didn't do anything when the class was screaming, sharing porn in class, and bullying a kid.

My school has this one sub who's nice enough, but she has the most annoying voice I have ever heard in my life. Everyone hates it so much

When I was in elementary school, there was a substitute who had the shortest temper in the world and she clearly had favorite students. Regardless, we all sucked up to her because she gave chocolate to kids who behaved.

I don't really have any other stories, I've been homeschooled since middle school.

I had one last year who didn't like what we were learning in class or the lesson plan left by our teacher so he made up a lesson about something completely unrelated to the course and then got upset when we weren't interested and didn't know the answers to his questions

Oh no, I have to tell you guys about the "it" job lady.

So this happened in our business and technology class, while we were learning about jobs in the IT field. She comes into the class, approximately 7:50 AM and strangely talkative. She had a comment about everything, some experience of hers and whatnot. Most of it was pretty dull and mundane stuff though. Untill she looked at our class assignment, "Discuss IT jobs." She had no clue what IT meant, but she still went up infront of the class and began her great speech. She thought IT actually meant the word "it" and had a motivational monologue about what our "it" jobs were, the jobs that are just "it" for us, as she elegantly stated. She went on for 30 minutes, we tried to correct her multiple times but it just seemed to have not even register, she kept going on about her previous "it" jobs. Still makes me crack up when I think about it, she meant well, but was uh... horrendously misinformed xD
