I use..

Traditional:
-Regular paper
-Number two pencils I find lying around

Digital:
-Pixlr
-A mouse
-An old Wacom tablet (only very occasionally; I'm still not that good at using it since I need to practice more)
-My iPad's camera  (the only way I can make decent digital art is if I have photos of my traditional drawings to base the lineart off of)

The only things I use are mechanical pencils and a couple ballpoint pens on my weird sketchbook paper. If I want to draw on something that's actually white then it's normally printer paper, and I color it with colored pencils.
