This might be more on the chemistry side, but how do I find the number of neutrons in an atom?

Subtract the atomic number from the mass number of that particular element. The difference is the number of neutrons.

Sprite is correct, but just to expand on that a bit, the mass number is equal to the number of protons + the number of neutrons an atom contains, and the atomic number is the number of protons (never changes for the same element! atoms of the same element will always have the same atomic number, or number of protons).
