Triangles Centroids and Orthcenter

Erm, so I'm doing these in Geometry class atm, and I'm REALLLLLLLY confused!

What are the difference between the two, and how do you calculate them?

Can someone explain it to me with the explanation including an acute triangle, and a obtuse one?

So it seems that only in the case of the equilateral triangle are these points the same.
