My fursona isn't original in the design.  I have seen many oter black and red wolf fursonas...  However when you look at my RP sheet I did my best to make it original.  As for clothes he wears mainly what I want to wear...  A matrix like outfit...

So overall my fursona is not entirely original.  I wish I had a picture of him to show though...

Well, unless you make your own species up (not counting mixing) it's not necessarily 'creative' considering it's still based on an animal. But I guess based on the view of others mine is slightly creative because it's a separate kind of fox when the majority of foxes are red.

imma wolf, so its prrrrreeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeettty common. i mean, his fur is just a little blue, and it fades darker/lighter in some places, but its pretty mundane compared to some of the special snowflake fursona's you see. (not being offensive) when i thought about it, i hadnt really considered about making it very unique, and i didnt wanna change it, cause i felt like i should be consistent. 'sides, i like wolves. :3

however, his thing is funkey clothes. as a default, he's got the shirt and pants over there *points to avatar*, but i make sure to give him something different every time i draw him. its not usually anything crazy weird (unless i feel like it), but it has to be asymmetrical, and its something that while someone could wear every day, you'd probably never see.

but yeah, thats just what he wears. id say he's pretty generic.

Eh, folfs. There are like two hundred out there.
However, I don't see many fursonas that have darker ear insides than the rest of their fur. Since it doesn't occur very much in nature, I don't think people apply it to their fursonas very often.

The other unique thing about Taily is that she's supposed to be portrayed as very physically undeveloped, unlike a lot of female 'sonas on FA. >_>

Cat, I'm a kitty cat (and I don't dance).
Yeah, cats are rather common in the fandom. And I have actually found a few other gingers around as well.

Considering most the fandom is either husky or wolf... nope. My markings are also typical.

Meh not really Gryphon's are more rare than some but still relatively common. Also, i dint even choose my colors Jethro did because he was doing a coloring request for me and i couldn't think of any good colors.

I've not heard of many other Wolfdogs, but I know they're there. The reason I chose two common species and pushed them together is a nod to my own mongrel genetics of Anglo Saxon and Celtic. I rest of him I just based on me.

The only problem with making Roofus a wolfdog is that now everyone thinks I love bloody Balto.

My Fursonas the product of a genetic experiment in producing a being capable of surviving in any environment, they made a being, however it's a city slicker Folf with a monocle/top hat combo, a complete ineptitude for anything outdoors, a ravenous craving for Coffee, a clipped Oxford accent and a generally educated and pleasant demeanour with a hint of a mad scientist personality to taste.

I hope I'm being original, I put a lot of thought into that!  :?

I don't consider mine that original. However, he is a mix of Fox and Wolf...So I guess it's original in that aspect and the fact that there aren't that many Folf fursonas! (That I have seen anyway, there are only a few here :3).

As for his clothes: No, they aren't very original but they are in the sense that Mikune wears what I pretty much wear every day - Just plain and simple clothes (I do wear shirts with wolves on, but most days I don't). The colourings aren't very original as they are basically the colours of a Wolf. Infact, a lot of people think my fursona IS a Wolf when I first meet them! I don't really think you can call it unoriginal though because they are natural colours.

For anyone thinking their fursona isn't original - It actually is. I mean, it must have a different story to everyone else's, right?

Well, species-wise, probably not. Coloring-wise... I don't think so, but a lot of people tell me my fursona's design is really unique. But, yellow and purple are complementarity colors that are often used by others, so it's not really ~creative~.

What about the Fez? I don't think I've seen another fursona with one :3

Actually Fisk has one. :)

My species is pretty generic, but I compensated by putting a lot of development (and a lot of myself) into her personality and character.  There may be lots of wolf girls out there, but there's only one Natasha Softpaw :-)

Similarly, my alt, Svetlana Solovyov, takes a relatively unimaginative species, and creates a very unique individual, who's also completely different from my main fursona, in personality and character as well as species :-)

Well, I don't see too too many cats in the fandom, but I wouldent call it rare. My markings however (siamese with orange instead of black), iv never seen before
the peace sign is just the triger finger and the middle finger combined

I'd like to say it is, but its not.

Red Fags... I mean Red Foxes are rather common in the fandom... The coloring however is slightly more original, but I've seen another with about the same markings, which is totally a buzz kill...

I want everyone to go onto DeviantART, FurAffinity, all those sorts of places and type in some keywords for your fursona.

For me, 'Pink mango fennec' although she's not pure fennec. Generalise.

The closest to Mango (There were so suprisingly little fennecs with my colour scheme. Like, one that came even remotely close) was Pez.
http://www.furaffinity.net/view/3780729/

It's like gay Mango with more markings. And less glow.

Not even sparklefennechuskyglow things can be original.

Now you try! c:

On FA there are 236 results for snow leopard dog
81 for blue leopard dog

There were are fair few of these having multiple characters ie. 1 dog and 1 leopard, also there were a fair few that were me...
Once you change dog to wolf though, there's nearly 1000 and a lot of them are hybrid characters
Hopefully the above post made sense...

I want everyone to go onto DeviantART, FurAffinity, all those sorts of places and type in some keywords for your fursona.
On FA there's 1002 results for "Spotted Hyena," and only 33 for "Grey Spotted Hyena." Mostly they were just random drawings of hyena's, not people's fursonas and a handful that didn't have hyenas in them at all.
"Anthro Spotted Hyena," on DA gets about 324 results, still mostly random drawings and a few unrelated things... and quite a few anthro versions of the hyenas from the Lion King o_o;;
