Absolutely nooooothiiiiiinnnggg  :U
You know... other than the sculpting, drawing, graphic art work (which in my opinion is freaking adorable and awesome) I guess your right. Oh, and let's not forget the fact that you are a great guy to talk to as well.  :fox-;):

For me... I'm unique because I can put my feet behind my head, and run long distances.. It's not that exciting, but hey it's true  :lol-fox:

Aha, well, I was talking more fursona-wise. There isn't much that makes my 'sona stand out.

Well... ignore me then, I'm floppin brain dead sometimes, I didn't notice that.... my bad :/

Uhh hmm..
My new "unannounced" sona is a Fennec/Australian Shepherd hybrid with grey, black, and white fur (maybe more colors later?) and an eye patch. I guess the only thing unique is the hybrid... and the eye underneath has been replaced in an odd fashion  :fox-;):

Nope, not so much anymore. Deer are quite common in the fandom now -- unlike they were back in 2010-2011. It's quite weird how deer have suddenly become more popular now. As it seems I don't think there's much that sets him apart now from other deer OCs now except maybe his markings, his hairstyle, his luminous green eyes and his passion for science. =P

It doesn't really bother me though. I think it's nice that there's far more artwork and fursonas of one of my favourite animals. And it's not like I think originality should be that big of a determining for choosing a species. If that were the case, I think we would see far more invertebrate species and other obscure oddities in the animal kingdom. If you feel that you relate to an animal or really like it then I think it's a good choice of species.

I'm a fox come on. I guess it's her personality and story that will make her unique! And that's what matters to me.

i consider my fursona tori to be pretty unique- generally deer are uncommon, although a little more popular lately as gage said, but they tend to be white tail or fallow deer, instead of japanese sika deer. i honestly couldn't name another japanese sika deer fursona off of the top of my head, and if i FA search, it gives me like 4 characters lmao

chi is pretty unique though, her colours and whole concept is pretty iconic, i've never seen anything like her before i made her (though i've come across a few that are obviously inspired from her which is kind of annoying lmao) but without her pelt she's just a white fox, which is about as uncreative as you can get :fox-:P: it's her accessory really that defines her from other white foxes.

Jethro is original as heck. He's based off my IRL dog. You can not get more original than that.

And dogs are one of the lesser common canine furries. It's usually just foxes and wolves. And then when you get into dogs, it's more huskies, or German Shepards.  I am a collie (not a border collie either), so I'm not the plain black and white collie.  Yeah I'm original.

I don't know, felines are really common(not as common as wolves or foxes but close enough) but rats not so much, I can still find a lot of results if I searched rat but not near as many as say fox.
Combined the two and I have found very little cat/rat hybrids, so I guess that means I'm unique. I don't know about Snow's design yet, she's still WIP.
Now hyenas are more common than rats but rarer then cats, so I think their a uncommon. Let's see how many red, orange, pale brown, blue eyed, bone loving, happy, hyper, meat stealing hyenas I have seen, none. Unless I missed them. So I think Cassandra's design and personality are unique.

Note: I like making "sparkledogs/animals" I have fun making visual designs.

I definitely consider my fursona original. Snow Leopards aren't the most common, and I don't know of any others with coloration quite like Akio's. Plus, I consider Akio to be me, so he shares all of my interests and personality traits (except he is more outgoing). I'd be surprised if there was another fursona out there who looked just like Akio and had the same personality and interests.

I really don't know what to say about this in terms of design. It depends on what you would consider original I guess. Since canid fursonas are usually considered generic, I would say no.

At its current state, there is probably at least one other fursona that looks like me.

However, there are still a few markings i wish to have that i still have not fully fleshed out in design

I consider her fairly original I guess?? She's a gryphon yeah, not a super duper original species, although smaller burds (especially less colorful kinds) aren't common, but she has a fairly bland palette, no bright colorful markings either, which I don't find to be super common.

Species wise, there are thousands of wolves. The only thing I consider original in my fursona is the fact that I'm my back is the Japanese word オオカミ written vertically down my back, I have three marks on my right eye and a crescent moon on my left eye, and my tail is pure white with no markings. I don't know why, but I just see my fursona that way.

Still, I love it that way! :fox-:):

Most definitely. I wasn't surprised, because beavers aren't very exciting or cool. But I like them, because I wanted to make a fursona that reflected me, and a beaver was unfortunately it. But I like it, and that's all that matters.

I don't think so. I'm just a black panther with some blue markings. Black with blue marks is apparently the most used design in the fandom.
