Though I don't see a lot of bears Roxy doesn't really have anything that makes her unique besides the pink dots under her eyes. She's just a bear.

If it counts, my alt Raven is a nine-tailed blue-gray fennec fox. I haven't seen another nine-tailed fennec in my time as a furry. I don't think she's TOO original, though

I still don't see as many vampires as I thought I would, there's lots of big cats but not very many cougars mostly lions and tigers with the occasional snow leopard, and her design is pretty simple light colored muzzle and chest, belly, colored points and that cougar muzzle stripe which you see on lots of foxes as well but I think her color schemes makes it look unique. I also opted out of coloring her hands and feet so the markings look more like socks/gloves which I don't think is totally unique but not something I see too often ^^
I think its kinda 50/50 based solely on her design and species.

I consider Amelia unique as well. The uniqueness of her species itself depends on the site your on. For example I'm the only active roo on here and I've only seen one other person on Amino with an actual roo sona (as opossum to a roo character that is treated like a trading card). However Roos are pretty popular on twitter right now and even fairly popular on fa
Amelia's backstory is very unique though, at least for Roos, all the other Roos I see are tropical themed and often surfers. While Amelia does have a "tropical component to her" (she likes summer and hanging out at the beach) it's not the centre of her backstory. She's a more edgy bad girl type and I don't see a lot of female fursonas like that let alone roos

Kind of? I don't see any sloths besides myself and a few others. So that's a little original.
The markings though? Not so much.

In some ways, yes. I don't see too many jackalopes, especially with fangs, but her markings? Not so much. Her opposite colored eyes are pretty cliche too. Oh well.  :?

Not particularly, but enough. She's a dog so that isn't unique, but Dolly is a Great Dane, and there aren't a ton of those. Her markings and personality are pretty basic too, but it fits me, so I'm okay with that.

Honestly, based off people's stupid "standards", your fursona would have to be a sparkledog in order for their markings to be unique. Hell, for me, I had CINEMA's coloring insulted and called "unoriginal" before, and she's my only fursona that does have halfway original coloring/markings. Which is why I have no shame in Foxi's plain black-and-white coloring, or Katsuro's white and silver, etc. I think people should just make their fursonas however they suit them, like most people on here seem to. xP

everyone's unique in their own way, and therefore everyone's fursona is unique in their own way
my sona is literally just a white dog but a lot of her design comes more from things like her personality, hobbies and/or fashion sense and i still think she's original

When it comes to visual design I think a lot of my characters wouldn't qualify as original. Least of all Tod who really doesn't have much going on with his design and his fur pattern is literally exactly that of a traditional fox... not that I'd really have it any other way. :fox-;):

Concept and backstory are usually where my characters shine and while Tod now has half a dozen backstories ranging from really bad to pretty good with varying degrees of originality it's his concept that I think is relatively unique. I've not personally seen many Shapeshifting Alchemists out there.

Nope. I don't even need to go into detail, just one look at either of my characters' reference sheets and you can find so many cliches.

Species-wise, probably. I haven't seen, like, ANY another kaiju fursonas in the fandom (except maybe 2).

Name? Heck no. There are countless characters named Kuro lol.

I guess Vanilla is kind of original, Foxes are quite popular but fennecs aren't as much.. But then again, she's literally just a cream coloured fox with brown splotches on her so.

In fact, I used to have an anthro OC named Kuro Fox, two of my fursonas have Kuro for their middle name (Karasu Kuro Fateseeker and Kyro Kuro Cloudwatcher), etc. xD

All but Tots and Skylar, yes.
Although Skylar is still a work in progress, she really is just a whoivain who just so happened to be a furry. Ex: the bow tie, the English-French accent, European decent, etc.
And Tots? Aside from the name....
Yeah.
A grey thing that looks like a cat-wolf abomination with random splotches of fur colour. I guess the amnesia and short-term memory is something new-ish I guess.

Honestly, I don't think Lyric is that original either. She's just a gray and blue Dutchie with white hair that loves music and mostly communicates by chirping/squeaking. Not very original IMO.

The only thing that nakes Lemon original is the fact that he's a reaper, his coloring is kind of random (pink body, pale yellow stomach, gray hair/horns, pirple wings/feathers, etc.) and he's named Lemon Meringue but only has minimal yellow on him.

My only remotely original characters are Kyro and Koi.
