I've not seen a lot of servals but they do exist out there. Though the majority are all female.

I don't see many avians, so Jet is rare.

I just made a Luna moth fursona a few days ago. Any insect species is a rare fursona actually, as with some reptiles as well

That is true. I would also someday like to see a bee fursona. I've seen it on google images. But never before have I seen it become something a bit common.
I haven't gotten around to drawing her out yet, too many different Luna moths to choose from and to figure out what to do with the legs. I'm leaning towards a Chinese Luna moth because those are absolutely beautiful

Wolf fursonas are suuuuuuuuuper rare.

Most non cuddly species of animal are rare in the fandom. People want animals that look appealing and that is why cats, dogs, and wolves are vary common.

See, when I first came here, I might have said shapeshifters, with example of kitsune and tengu. But since my arrival, for some reason, there seems to be a few more kitsune around then before . . .
Really though, I don't see many shape changers, not even were creatures.

would that count as a fursona species? I thought out would be considered a power morso then a species.
Hell you considered me to be a Nekojin when you started drawing me 7 years ago.

Dutch Angel Dragons kind of cheated there since they pretty much mixed very popular species and then they tried to make them look very cartoony and cuddly.

And yes, there are too little ENN, though they seem to be quite popular in this forum

ENN are very unique, I need to make one sometime :fox-:): most original species are cool but DADs I think get the award for being the most unoriginal. I find it so funny how Ino thinks they're super creative and original, even angle dragons are more original than them :fox-:P:
