Never met anyone who uses a mink as their fursona.

Albeit it's not exactly a rare animal, I don't think it's too common, but hey, what do I know?

Then again, I've needed to explain to people what exactly a mink was... :\

I've seen a Cephalopod fur on Deviantart and a fur from my hometown is a Dhole.  Wasn't there a badger at FT at some point?

In the past, I've had some interesting fursonas, myself.  Dolphin, narwhal, lamprey, and I'm considering a fursona change into a species I've fallen in love with, but I'm still debating a change to and would rather keep secret at the moment.

(Edit:  The badger was Morgan for species change week last year.  /fail )

When I was newer to the fandom I was partial to Ethiopian Wolves. Do they count? :o

Update.  A very good friend of mine is some sort of Zombie Mutant Robotic Wolfdog Thing.  The odd thing is that he's more of a Therian and actually believes that he is a Zombie Mutant Robotic Wolfdog Thing.

Dear God: please help my weird friend.

I've NEVER actually seen any insects or full-on-sea furs to be honest.

Nor have I met any cockatiels. Birds, yeah but those are mostly crows and phoenixes.

I admit that I was a snake for about an hour.  And once, long ago, a bird (actually a griffin--that counts, right?). :C

I think Airbag's fursona is pretty unusual. Not too often you see antelope furs running around.

I'm an antelope too.

I have a very good friend who's a snake.

It's strange to think about someone having a legless and armless creature as their fursona. How would they wear clothes? o_o Would they just wear tubes of cloth or what?

Well, I've never met another Pharaoh Hound.  Chuint suggested that I be a Mermaid/Pharaoh Hound, due to my love of oceanic fursonas, but I decided not to scare ya'll any more than I already have.

Nyeeeh. :P Still would've been awesome.

I also remembered something else....has anyone heard anything about yumars? If you read a certain webcomic you'll get what I'm talking about.
But...they're uncommon, I don't think there's anyone who even is one aside from the characters, unless the author/artist is/are.

Sometimes I pass my time by mentally assigning fursonas to people in the room. Does anyone else do that? Like, you look at a friend or acquaintance, and you think "they're probably a chinchilla" or whatever.

I do that all the time. x.x I'm working with a white-tail deer, a brown bear, a wrinkley dried up old prune of a mole (I don't like her very much), an owl, a mouse, a small-breed dog (not sure which one!), and some I haven't identified yet. >3 I'm such a geek.

Is it wrong that I like furries to be regional? >D No panda bears in Texas!
I got thirsty and drank my pet water. :c

:D I did that like two days ago. I had alot of fun, mainly because alot of my friends are very odd people. Wow... That really was fun.

My old best furry friend was a Badger mixed chinese crested water deer. ..Never met a water deer, none the less a hybrid one other than her. Now she's a harpy I think. Or some kind of bird XP

Saw an asexual cockroach once.

Hm, I know of a cockroach, and a Gryphon (though I have not met them). That is about it.

I have a friend who thinks of herself as a cat-dog-wyvern mix.
I was like, "okay... how does that work?"
Cats + dogs + legendary winged serpents = a major headache.
