Okay. Just so you know now though, I haven't played the game in a while, it's kinda laggy for me, and I wasn't that good in the first place, so I'm probably not going to do all that well. Last time I played, another Engineer walked up to me and kept using a laugh taunt. I think they meant that as an insult, because the Engineer's line was "How's your plan going, dummy?" I was so bad people made fun of me, apparently.

I know this isn't a Steam username or anything, but this was the best place to put it. This thing I'm talking about is a skin for Steam named Air.

This is a screenshot of the skin with only three options changed. (full Friends list which means it has the self icon and a search box, the option to show your Steam wallet balance at the bottom, and using the Roboto font)

The skin has pretty many options including an alternative font for the interface that is pictured above, a choice of about 13 different colors including the blue shown, and a light version of the skin among things.

Um, there are over 1,000 results for Oat so you might have to post a link to your Steam Community page for people to find you.
