All three of us are still working on it off and on, Haddock. If you skim through this thread, there's a fairly quick way of solving the problem for yourself, permanently. However, as it stands, me and Mr. Fogg are going back and forth, Natasha is almost certainly trying, and DAS didn't get his award for sitting on his laurels. These things take time and a bit of knowledge, not "BOOM! THIS IS THE LAW AND YOU ARE OUT OF HERE BUDDY!"
... Metaphysical property != material property. The way I take it, it's hosted in one country and owned from another.
Come to think of it, Natasha! Hello!

Why not press suit against the hosts of the site? Not the owners, but whoever is hosting the server with the site on it?... Or did you already get there ages before my overworked brain caught that idea?
The thing is, by doing that, you can at least cause a bit of disruption. Essentially, point to the laws that we know work in the US and go "Hey, this dude is running something illegal right here naow." Press it against the server hosts, not the owners, and this is again getting too wordy and I'll stop before I confuse myself.
