'He Jumped a Country Mile'
« on: January 14, 2010, 10:52:40 pm »
Ok, that phrase is used to mean you are startled and jumped...

So let's hear some of them....

I was about to sit down at the computer, and appearently the toilet was clogged...
It decided to unclog very noisily, and I was like 'WTF!?!?!'...

"Has anyone really been far even as decided to use even go want to do look more like?"

^I read that and I jumped high

"You've got to be kidding me. I've been further even more decided to use even go need to do look more as anyone can. Can you really be far even as decided half as much to use go wish for that? My guess is that when one really been far even as decided once to use even go want, it is then that he has really been far even as decided to use even go want to do look more like. It's just common sense."

^I read that, the response, and I short-circuited

I have headphones that have a nob to adjust the volume on the cord.
So I was sitting here all ":3 HAPPY KEETTY" listening to my music.
And I squirmed around and the nob hit against my chair arm and turned up to max volume D:
I screamed. And jumped.

Was going to bed one night, had gotten under the covers and was all warm and snugly and blah. Just before I actually felly asleep, there was a loud THUD from a wall nearby. Yeah. So I nearly jump a foot out of bed only to hear my sister giggling in her room, 'cause she was staying up past her bed time (Again) and messing with crap in her room. D:

I was in school before classes start. I was talking to one of my friends when all of a sudden I was hugged out of nowhere. That day I learned that I could lift people while jumping and now everyone that was in the cafeteria knows that I scream like a little girl when startled. D:

Walk into a seemingly empty room in Resident Evil.
Off-camera zombie groan.

Speaking of zombies...

Half-Life 2.
11pm.
No lights.
No-one home.
Surround Sound, nearly full volume.
Ravenholm.
Room with glass roof, which I haven't noticed yet.
"Ooh, there's a door there!" -close-
"Hehe, zombies can't get me in here. Now I'll just wait for the elevat...."
-huge crash of 6 fast zombies breaking through the glass ceiling.-
"FUUUUUUU...."

Shit. My. Pants.   (Not literally.)

Silent Hill, Headphones, midnight, every light off, no one home, just play it .

Can make your head messed up.

Ever play The Endless Forest? It's a cute little game where you're a deer and frolic around with other deer. There's no way to talk other than body language and mooing (braying? roaring?).

I fell asleep while playing, with my headphones still in at full volume to hear the pretty birds, and nearly jumped out of my skin when somebody decided to stand right next to my deer and moo.

Compared to your zombie horror games that's HARDCORE. >U *jk*

I woke up because the lights in my room turned on around 4am! I sit up in my bed and look around. I`m alone in my room. No-one could have turned them on. Right? I got a little bit freaked out.

Then I remembered that they had taken the power at 10pm. And that I had forgot to turn the lights off.
It was only the power coming back.
I'm confused, oh wait, maybe I'm not.

Obsessively reading articles about the Slender Man, reading blogs about the Slender Man, reading creepypasta about the Slender Man, watching videos about the Slender Man, and looking at pictures of the Slender Man.

Then noticing a tall man behind me in a suit while in the shopping line, just standing there blankly. Without trying, and just by glancing over my shoulder. Freaked me out big time. :C

Playing Nazi Zombies, and turning round to see one RIGHT UP IN YOUR GRILL.

Not good news when they can kill you in two hits. :/

I had just finished playing a freaky match of Left 4 Dead...and I was walking up my steps, and I didn't notice a golf bag. I bumped into it, and thought it was a zombie. I freaked.

Wow, talk about deja vu.... my mo was just standing over me... and I killed my FT tabs, but I was browsing through my email and went to delete some things... but there in my trash box were two old notifacations: 'NEW PERSONAL MESSAGE FROM FURRYTEENS'.... thankfully she was not looking....

Read some of the stuff in those links, & then my mom walked in from outside. & the lights were off.

Those pictures remind me of Jack Skellington from The Nightmare Before Christmas.

That was NOT what a semi paranoid teen needs to be seeing around 12 AM in the morning. D: Ahhhh.
