Found this site today. It's kinda fun seeing all the stuff that happened in my life. Oh! I was born the same day as Billy the Kid!

Very interesting. Far too many disasters in the items of interest for my liking, but that's alright. :)

I know, that one surprised me too. Looking back, I believe I remember it though.

I got the Pope John Paul II and Reggie Jackson, and it seems at age zero they started making DVD's.

This was kinda interesting!  Some highlights from mine:

-The Cold War ended when I was 4, with the Berlin wall falling and the Soviet Union breaking up at about the same time.  I don't really remember it, though, I was too concerned with Legos and dolls at the time.
-When I was 1 year old, the Challenger shuttle exploded and Chernobyl melted down.  Not exactly a good sign, but on the plus side, Mir was deployed that year.
-The World Wide Web (the Internet in its current form) came into existance when I was 5.  When I was 6, we had a computer connected to it :-P
-The Gulf War occurred when I was 6, and I very distinctly remember it, asking my parents things like "When will the war be over?" and "Does daddy have to go fight?"
-DVDs were invented when I was 11, and I clearly remember those as well.  In fact, my dad had access to one of the very first DVD players through his job, and I thought it was the coolest thing ever to see.
-Lots of stuff happened when I was 15-16 (years 2000-2001), but my personal favourite was the launch of satellite radio.  I had an XM account on day 1, and I'm still a subscriber :-)

Personally, I thought it was very limited on what it had....
I even set my birth year as 1960 and gave it a go, to see just how many results I could get, but I was not all to impressed.

-snip-
I must say Natasha you've seen quite a bit. And yes, when you're four Legos are more important than the Berlin Wall.

According to this I was born on the anniversary of the Chernobyl meltdown and the death of Lucille Ball... well, seems my birthday doesn't have the best historical reputation.
And that's why they call me Duino Duck- Drake of Daring, Mandarin of Magnificence, Water Fowl of West Seattle!
