I'm a fan of Ghost Reveries, myself.. pretty sure that's a concept album..

Ghost Reveries is an amazing album (Grand Conjuration <3), but I don't think it's entirely a concept. You'd have to do a bit of research on it, because I remember hearing that it didn't have a clear theme...

I think concept albums can be really cool if done right.

The Moody Blues honestly have a bunch of really cool concept albums, my favorite probably being To Our Children's Children's Children. Their album Days of Future Passed is also great. Those two are probably their best concept albums in terms of how the songs flow and work together, in my opinion.
