Rocket Soldiers in Just Cause 2. Why does the game need 1 hit Kill homing rockets with incredible accuracy, fired by soldiers that are just about impossible to kill w/o a headshot in a third-person shooter. WHY. I'm already dealing with 1 hit kill snipers (at least they take a long time to shoot, and you can easily pull them down to their deaths with the Hook-shot), Helicopters with dual Machine guns and missiles, Airdrop reinforcements, armored cars, and police cars up the wazoo, usually all at the same time.
Just Cause 2 is trolling me.
