My dad has a penchant for calling me either "cha cha" or "cha chi"...(my real name is Chelsea)

So, my name's Tali.
People at school like to shout "Tali-ho!" when they see me.
It was hilarious the first few times. Now it's old news, but I don't get mad when people shout it. It's just a part of life. xD And I always shout back, "who you callin' 'ho'?!"

There's also the thing where the teacher uses the phrase "TALLY marks" and I look up and say "what?" and everyone laughs. I laugh too, because hey, it's funny.

So really, my annoying nicknames are kinda cool.

My uncle calls me "Spike" because when i was like 5, I always had my hair spiked, but now its like over 9000 feet long; yet he hasn't called me by my real name since. Its not annoying, its just kinda strange.

Ugh, I hate it when people call me Isaiah instead of Isaac. I don't know where people got the resemblance, the only thing similar is the first letter. I also hate it when people pronounce my name Isack (eye-sack).

I see what you did there. :3

And I find that it sounds odd when people in real life call me "Taily". If you ever meet me irl, just call me Tali, kay? Taily is fine when typed, but it doesn't really roll off the tongue when speaking.
Try it. TAY-lee.

Okay, my real first name is Taylor. Now, I've had some fun poked at me about it being a female's name rather than an androgynous one in the past, which is mildly irritating (Because it IS, in fact, androgynous). However, this is not what gets my goat.
My stepfather calls me Tater. My last name is not Tot, Chip, Salad, or Wedge. I'm not related to Ron White, nor am I a vegetable.
I have a real first name, and I would prefer that it be used instead of some stupid moniker that no one even finds amusing.
It also doesn't help that I don't like my stepfather, but... Eh.
Meh.

One of my friends, when I first met her, insisted on calling me Repunzel because I had long hair.

I also hate it when people call me by shortened versions of my real name. Honestly, if your going to call me by my stupid real name can you at least call me it properly?!

Then of course there's, Lesbian, freak, spak, mud-eater (long story), dog, retard the usual. Oh the joy of having to spend every day trapped in a classroom with a load of idiots who think I care when they kick the back of my chair and hiss "You lesbian arsehole" at me. *yawns*

I do however find it funny that they think it annoys me when they call me Ash. Seriously, they yell at me "Ash! Ash!" and laugh when I respond. Don't they get that I like being called by my furry name?
We're all going to hell. Ah well, at least it's warm in there :D

I have a friend who goes by Rapunzel.  I have never heard anyone call him by his real name.  It's always Rapunzel, or Rapie for short.

Wait, is that pronounced "rappy" or "RAPE-y?"
Because if it is the latter I AM SO SORRY FOR THIS KID

I have two - one is "HJ" which stands for "Hairy Jones"...for obvious reasons.

The other, funny enough, is "Rooster"...got it when I was about 12 and working part time on a chicken farm. The joke was that I was a rooster because I fuck chickens. Christ knows why I chose it as my forum name for so many years.

I've got a friend who's nickname is "Date Rape Dave" due to his creepy lecherousness while drunk.

Sasha. I can't make them stop using it. And its Russian, not Bulgarian. It has only one letter in common with my name. But everybody keeps saying it...

Omg... Classes V->VII some twats from a +1 year older generation used to call me Lango? (pronounced laan-gohsh, aproximately) because I have big ears. I mean, they're not really big but they do stand out a bit. It used to bother me a lot (I'd still get rly pissed if someone calls me that - luckily, no one does.)

Oh and then last year some other idiots from a parallel classroom used to call me Mandark. I have no idea why they called me that, but for some reason it REALLY pissed me off. Like, srsly pissed me off. But I never said anything. They stopped for quite a long time now.
I wonder why I used to let all these stupid nicknames affect me... >.> I've stopped caring a few months ago about stuff like this. It's not just good for your health xD

When it hurts to look back, and you're scared to look ahead, you can look beside you, and your best friend will be there.
