I've read several of those novels(Marlfox, Mattimeo, and High Rhulain are three of my favorites), and really want to see that little animated stints that were produced. Is there a way to order them in some way or another? Perhaps on Mr. Jacques' website?

They can all be viewed on youtube.

I was unaware of this.
And now I go scrambling to open a new tab...
Thanks, Ruslan.

There were three "series" as far as I can recall. (I still have some on video somewhere and I have the entire set of books which I have read.  I Also have a signed copy of Mattimeo! :3)

The television shows were basically these three books in an amount of episodes. I'm guessing 13 or something:-

Martin the Warrior
Redwall
Mattimeo

Since Martin the Warrior founded Redwall then I assume that comes first. Then Redwall as that is about Matthias and then Mattimeo is mainly about his son.

^ I've read plenty of the books, so I know the material. I just never got the chance to get ahold of the animation to see what the differences were. It'll be interesting seeing Slagar in animated form.
Working on watching these all the way through right now. Thanks again, you guys.

The new My Little Pony series is, like, my favourite thing ever.  It's the cutest thing ever unleashed onto a TV audience, and the storylines are engaging enough for an adult mind.  I love it!  :-D

I think the series Animals Of Farthing Wood made me a furry....it deffinatly made me an enviromentalist :D

For anyone that hasn't seen it, it's about the animals of one wood fleeing human development and heading towards a nature reserve...it was a really decent drama. It was current, it treated the kids like adults, it pulled no punches (characters die left, right, and centre) and it was bloody brilliant...I've got the entire series on DVD, and I love it so much that I used it as a basis for my cartoon....damn, I wish this was on now.

SAMURAI JACK
Remember that time with that thing when it ran to that place that was in that city and then exploded.  There was also that time when the other guy with that birth mark who killed that one but the other day when that thing happened to that person.

To iterate what many have said before, Blues Clues. I tell you, when I was little I'd watch that show non stop. I even had a Blues Clues toy notepad that stayed my favorite toy for years. Good times :>

My little pony is amazing oh my gosh
So is pretty much any old Disney movie.

My opinion? If it's rated G, ANYONE can watch it. Anyone. So that includes big kids too. C:

My best children's show? OMG, all things Looney Toons, for a start, as well as Tom & Jerry. I also loved TMNT and more anime stuff like Pokemon, and more recently I adore Spongebob.
I have to say, though, my best ever was one that was sadly cancelled... Invader Zim. :<

The books were awesome, I was practically raised on them, but they didn't adapt into TV shows very well.

Avatar The Last Airbender is the greatest tv show of all time! It told great stories, complex characters, enginious humor, endearing morals, great drama, beautiful animation, and is action packed! It broke boundaries for both kids and adults. It's just great! :lol-fox:
